How to Request Deletion
- Complete and submit the request form below.
- Use the same email address used in the app whenever possible.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
- After verification, deletion is processed within 30 days.
What We Delete
- App account/profile data tied to your request email.
- Push token registrations associated with your app account.
- Sweepstakes profile data and email verification records.
- Support/feedback records linked to your account email.
What We May Keep
- Security, anti-fraud, and abuse-prevention logs.
- Records required for legal, tax, compliance, or dispute resolution.
- De-identified/aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
Retention Windows
- Primary account deletion target: within 30 days after verification.
- Backup systems may retain data for up to an additional 30 days.
- Certain legal/security records may be retained for up to 24 months, or longer if required by law.
